We carefully select furniture perfectly suited to the size and scale of the home. We use on-trend furniture and accessories to achieve a polished elevated look.

 

Intergrated Staging

We Utilise some of your existing furniture - often big pieces like dining room tables, beds or sofas.

We then bring in our furniture like accent chairs, coffee tables, soft furnishings, rugs, lamps, wall art, decor and accessories to give an elevated, cohesive look so your home is ready for photos and open homes.

Step-by-Step Process

At Every Day Design Co., we understand that getting your home ready for sale can be daunting! We are here to make this process a seamless, stress-free experience.

Step 1: Consultation

Our process starts with an initial consultation where we visit the property to understand its unique features, target market, and goals. If you’re not available, we can arrange access to the property and conduct the quote anyway. We can answer your questions or comments over the phone or Facetime. We’ll take photos and notes so have everything we need to create a detailed proposal.

Step 2: Proposal

Based on the consultation, we create a customized proposal outlining the recommended styling solutions tailored to the property. If you’re ready to go ahead, you’ll pay a deposit and we’ll schedule an install date.

Step 3: Installation

After carefully curating a selection of furniture and accessories we’ll arrive at your property ready to transform your home. We will often liaise with your real estate agent to ensure photos are done the next day or within a few days of installation.

Step 4: Collection

Once you’ve sold and your hire period is complete we’ll come and pick everything up. If you need to extend your hire period we can discuss and arrange that very easily.

 

STYLE NOW - PAY LATER

We offer payment options through our finance partner meaning no upfront payment for your property staging

  • Delay payment up to 120 days or pay in 4 equal part payments.

  • Online applications are easy with same-day approval

  • No. If your property sells quickly we know we have done an amazing job in presenting your home to buyers.

  • We offer hire periods starting at 4 weeks and going up to 10 weeks. If you need to extend the hire period, that’s easily arranged.
